MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – An integrated restaurant and dining space is soon coming to the Ore Dock Brewing Company.
Ore Dock has partnered with Focus Restaurant Concepts, the U.P. based hospitality group behind Border Grill, Mama Russo’s and Yoop Coop, to bring a new brewery experience to life later this summer.
The restaurant’s name and menu concepts are still in design, but according to a press release from the brewery, guests can expect an ‘elevated food program to complement ore dock’s diverse draft list, using high-quality ingredients made from scratch, and a welcoming atmosphere, mirroring the community-first identity of both brands.’
The partnership has also begun searching for staff to fill the space, including positions for shift managers, line cooks, and cashiers. A contact for these opportunities can be found here.
