LANSING, Mich. (WZMQ) – Ahead of elections this fall, Michigan’s ‘I Voted’ sticker contest is back this month, and it’s up to you to pick your favorites.
Michiganders can make a total selection of nine stickers, three from each category. These include entries from elementary and middle school students, high schoolers, and the general public.
Since its launch in 2024, the contest has quadrupled in popularity, with 2,000 submissions this year.
“We wanted to encourage voters across the state and especially young people in our state to engage in our democracy, and it’s been a huge success,” said Deputy Secretary of State, Aghogho Edevbie. “We have a lot of critical races on the ballot this year, and this is just a fun and engaging way to get people excited to participate.”
Public online voting is open through June 30 at 11:59 p.m., and requires an email to register. Click here to make your selections.
