GLADSTONE, Mich. (WZMQ) – No injuries were reported during a structure fire in Gladstone Monday evening.
Around 8:42 p.m., the Escanaba Township Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at a home on Woodland P.1 Avenue. Upon arrival, an attached garage and two vehicles were fully engulfed.
Firefighters quickly made an aggressive attack, knocking the fire down and gaining entry to the garage. They contained the fire to the garage, preventing it from spreading to the home. Crews remained on scene for approximately two hours putting out hot spots.
