MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Marquette County has reduced its staffing and services for Wednesday, November 26, in anticipation of inclement weather conditions.
All court hearings and appointments for the day have been canceled and will be rescheduled. Marquette County offices remain open, but only “essential” employees are reporting to work.
The National Weather Service of Marquette has issued a blizzard warning for the county. County officials advise that travel should be restricted to emergencies only. Those who must travel are encouraged to take a winter survival kit.
