GLADSTONE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Police say there is no danger to the public after an incident at a Gladstone business on Friday.
Early in the morning, the Gladstone Public Safety Department (GPSD) responded to a scene at Pardon Incorporated, where an individual appeared to have a gun. However, a Public Safety official informed WZMQ 19 that the gun was not real. The official stated that there was and is no threat to the public.
The individual with the fake gun was taken to OSF for a psychological evaluation. Gladstone Public Safety led the response and was assisted by the Michigan State Police.
