NEGAUNEE, Mich. (WZMQ) – In Michigan’s special election on Tuesday, a majority of voters decided to vote yes on the Negaunee Public Schools sinking fund millage renewal. Based on unofficial results released Tuesday night, 1,005 people voted yes, and 627 voted no.
The renewal will continue funding for building improvements, transportation upgrades, and school security measures.
