ESCANABA, Mich. (WZMQ) – Applications are now open for a professional development program in Delta County.
Delta Force provides leadership training to professionals of all ages. Participants visit area businesses and talk with local officials, law enforcement, media outlets, and representatives from other organizations to learn about how Delta County operates.
“Growing up here, you think you know everything about everything in the area,” said Ed Legault, Executive Director of the Delta County Economic Development Alliance. “As you go through and get a more detailed look at these businesses, you really realize there’s a lot that you didn’t know about certain things. It’s really been an eye-opening experience for many people. You learn a lot about yourself as well.”
