MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Everyone spends Christmas Eve differently, some spend it shopping, some spend it singing Christmas carols, some spend it sledding.
That’s how kids down at Harlow Park in Marquette spent their afternoon on Tuesday. Some kids went fast, other slow, some went down forwards, others did backwards, and some even had cargo.
Some even went as far as they could, like Mabel Peters, “Well it usually goes pretty fast,” said Peters. “And today I was going all the way to the sidewalk.” That’s pretty far.
But no matter what they’re doing, many are choosing to send their Christmas Eve with their family.
