Former President Donald Trump is set to be the next president. He was the 45th President and will now be the 47th President. He has campaigned hard after losing to Joe Biden in 2020. He told supporters here in West Palm Beach he wants to be a president for all and wants to focus on issues like the economy and immigration. He said this is one of the greatest political movements ever. His running mate, Senator JD Vance of Ohio said this is one of the greatest political comebacks in history.
A lot of people who attended Trump’s election night watch party said it was an exciting celebration and felt energized throughout the stressful night. They even remained optimistic as they waited for the results in some of the key battleground states.
“This is very consequential,” said Trump supporter David Spady. “This is the leader of the free world being elected and it’s a very important thing. There’s certain things in life that matter and elections like this are that. It’s maybe the most important in my lifetime.” Spady also added the signature Trump campaign slogan: “Make America Great Again.”
