MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Superior Chapter Harley Owner Group held a benefit bike night for the Marquette Trillium House Tuesday Night. This event offered BBQ mac and cheese, live music, an auction, and a raffle for a Trager set and a child’s e-bike.
This free event intends to raise money for the Trillium House through the auction and raffle sales. The funds will be going to families and guests of the Trillium House who need help financially. The Trillium House provides care to those who are on hospice and families that are caring for a family member.
“Many of the people who are guests of ours can’t really afford to pay for care, and our community has been very generous in helping us provide that care,” said Melissa Cavill, Marquette Trillium House Executive Director.
This event is an annual fundraiser and will be happening again next summer. For more information on the Superior Chapter Harley Owners Group, go to its Facebook page. For information on how to donate to the Marquette Trillium House, go to its webpage.
