MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – This is home, where we support local artisans, creators, and the smash burgers in town. The Wednesday farmers market in downtown Marquette has had some tasty food and Case Country Farms has been selling out with burgers and brats.
Owners sometimes use greens and mushrooms from other vendors in the market and comment that it just plays more into the community market which is the downtown farmers market.
“We’ll bring in mushrooms from one of the other local vendors and then we’ll do like a Swiss and mushroom try and incorporate others we’ll grab lettuce from one of the other vendors we try and incorporate somebody else and give them a boost too,” commented Case Country Farmer Trevor Case
Case Country Farms also does a meat delivery box where you can get all their pasteurized meats.
