- Escanaba River, East Branch – near Gwinn (MARQUETTE COUNTY)
- Escanaba River, Middle Branch – near Humboldt (MARQUETTE COUNTY)
- Menominee River – near Florence, Wisconsin (affecting DICKINSON, IRON, & FLORENCE COUNTIES)
- Michigamme River – near Crystal Falls (IRON COUNTY)
- Paint River – near Crystal Falls (IRON COUNTY)
- Sturgeon River – near Alston & Chassell (BARAGA & HOUGHTON COUNTIES)
- Sturgeon River – near Nahma Junction (DELTA COUNTY)
