Unsettled Weather Today into Halloween

Today is the warm day, until the rain arrives later this afternoon. Rain will be heavy at times, and the temperatures will quickly fall from the low 70s midday to the 40s by sunset. This cool and wet weather will continue tomorrow. Not the best weather for trick or treaters. Some wet snow also expected tomorrow night, with up to a coating or so possible in spots by daybreak Friday
