For tonight expect off and on lake effect rain showers especially for central portions of the U.P. Temperatures are expected to dip into the 40s for many tonight and wind-chills into the 30s will be possible as winds of 15-30 mph are expected. Cloud cover disperses tomorrow with most lake effect shower activity dissipating by midday. Northerly winds tomorrow keep us chilly with high temperatures around 50 tomorrow, but southerly flow kicks in for Friday as temperatures rise back into the mid 60s after a fall like morning. More showers will be likely for both Saturday and Sunday as cool and damp weather looks to continue into early next week. Just be glad it isn’t snow… yet…
