MARQUETTE MI – The Iron Ore Heritage Trail is conducting a survey.
They are seeking the public’s input on priorities for developing, managing, and maintaining the multi-use, interpretive trail across the Marquette Iron Range.
“The survey really gives us guidance of what do people want to see for the next five years, so like five years ago, people wanted more restroom facilities, access to mining sites, and trail heads that we put money towards,” said Iron Ore Heritage Authority administrator Carol Fulsher. “So it’s really important that the people who use the trail or those who don’t weigh in on what they would like to see.”
You can find the survey on the Iron Ore Heritage trail website, and on Facebook.
The survey will be collecting responses through September 30, 2022.
