GLADSTONE, Mich. (WZMQ) – A 45-year-old Gladstone man has been arrested for child sexually abusive activity.
Andrew Lee Gigowski was arrested following an investigation by the Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The investigation was initiated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the ICAC Task Force after officials learned that Gigowski may have accessed and shared illicit content on the internet. Investigators seized digital evidence during a search of his residence.
Gigowski was charged with two counts of aggravated child sexually abusive material, two counts of possession of child sexually abusive material, and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime. He was arraigned in the 94th District Court of Delta County on April 9.
