MUNISING, Mich. (WZMQ) – In December, a Grand Marais man was arraigned on one count of aggravated child sexually abusive activity, 24 counts of surveilling and unclothed person, and 25 counts of using a computer to commit a crime. He entered a plea agreement regarding some of those charges on Friday.
Maxwell Lundquist entered a plea to aggravated child sexually abusive material and two counts of capturing images of unclothed persons, all felonies. The charges arose after numerous videos were seized from electronic devices, showing local residents in the privacy of their homes. The videos were captured through windows and doors where the victims had a complete expectation of privacy.
Lundquist will be sentenced on April 13.
