ESCANABA, Mich. (WZMQ) – A former Marquette business has moved to a new location in Escanaba.
Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson held a ribbon cutting Friday morning to open its new showroom and retail shop on U.S. 2. The Delta County Chamber of Commerce and community members attended the ribbon cutting to celebrate with the Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson team.
The full-line dealership offers new and used motorcycles, parts, and maintenance and repair services provided by master technicians. Owner Jesse Zambon, who has been in the business for almost 20 years, is proud to become part of Delta County’s business community while providing patrons with the Harley-Davidson experience.
“It’s nice to bring the dealership to the community we grew up in,” he said. “It’s been a lot of support with getting the building opened and renovated. A lot of people that we knew locally pitched in to help out, and we did all this in about two months. It was pretty cool to come back to the community and see the response.”
Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson is currently open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hours will extend to include Mondays in June.
