GWINN, Mich. (WZMQ) – A Gwinn man faces multiple felony charges for child sexually abusive activity.
On January 23, the Forsyth Township Police Department launched an investigation into allegations of sexual exploitation of a minor. As a result of the investigation, 35-year-old Jeremy Norman Brugman was arrested without incident for the following felony charges:
- Two counts of child sexually abusive activity
- Three counts of using a computer to commit a crime
- One count of distributing sexually explicit material to a minor
- One count of aggravated indecent exposure
The charges were authorized by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office. Brugman was arraigned in Marquette’s 96th District Court on January 30.
