MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – Winter conditions have led to plenty of ice thick enough to skate on.
Currently at the Lower Harbor Ore Dock, about 6 inches of ice has formed, welcoming great conditions to bring out the ice skates. As always, caution is advised on the ice, so be on the lookout for any deep cracks or bumps.
Parking can be found along the north side of Marquette One Place, with shore access at the end of the parking lot.
