FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZMQ) – The search for a Gwinn man reported missing on Monday has concluded.
Early Wednesday, a search party located a vehicle on Seass Drive on a two-track road. 46-year-old Jamie Willis was found dead about 100 yards away. According to a statement from Forsyth Police, Willis had “succumbed to the elements.”
“We want to thank all agencies, community members and departments who assisted us in the search,” added Township Manager, Paul Back.

FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZMQ) – Marquette County law enforcement agencies are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Gwinn man.
The Forsyth Township Police Department and assisting departments are attempting to locate 46-year-old Jamie Willis. Willis is 5’3″ tall, weighs approximately 130 pounds, and drives a dark blue 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the license plate DPD7333.
Willis was last seen at his home on Maple Hill Drive around 10 p.m. on Monday. He was reported missing by his family.
