MARQUETTE, Mich. – After a brutal winter storm that knocked out power to a majority of the area, Lakeview Arena, Tourist Park, and its Off-leash
Area have been reopened to the public.
On Friday, it was announced that the park was closed until further notice, with crews assessing the damage and working to remove the many downed trees and debris.
The city’s Parks and Recreation office announced Tuesday that all programs and activities are allowed to resume.
