ESCANABA, Mich. (WZMQ) – A Wilson man arrested on multiple drug charges earlier this year took a plea agreement in court on separate charges Thursday afternoon.
During a traffic stop, police found ketamine in Colton Brunette’s car. On Thursday, Brunette appeared in court for a preliminary examination on a charge of possession of ketamine, a two-year felony.
Brunette pled guilty to attempted possession of analogues, which is a one-year misdemeanor. As part of the agreement, the possession charge against him was dismissed and the case will not go to trial.
Brunette’s sentencing date has yet to be scheduled.
