L’ANSE, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Keweenaw Bay area has a new take on the general store.
Trudeau’s General Store in L’Anse held its grand opening on Friday, featuring giveaways, sale prices throughout the store, and representatives showcasing its vast inventory of merchandise.
From auto parts to animal feed, clothing, and pet supplies, Treadeau’s has something for everyone.
New owner Ryan Treadeau considers his customers as family.
“Everybody that comes here, we want you to be part of the family, we want you to walk in the door and feel comfortable. We want you to come sit down, have a conversation with us, you know.
I want to say that the community has been awesome,” said owner Ryan Treadeau.
For Treadeau, this is a dream come true, having saved up to buy the L’Anse institution while working with his Father at the Baraga Road Commission.
