GLADSTONE, Mich. (WZMQ) – A new business is serving up healthier alternatives for caffeine drinkers in Delta County.
Sip 906 Nutrition is now open at 921 Delta Avenue in Downtown Gladstone. The shop offers energizing loaded herbal teas, protein shakes and coffees, and refreshers.
For owner Sage Clark, helping customers improve their lifestyle and habits is personal.
“I lost my dad at a young age due to health problems,” she said. “I’m trying to give people the opportunity to get on the track of a healthy lifestyle and go from there.”
At just 22 years old, Clark is still a student at Bay College, where she studies business. She started Sip 906 Nutrition by selling tea kits. With her sister by her side and the community’s support behind her, she continued to create new, unique drinks. She is excited to finally be able to welcome customers into a storefront.
“I got the idea to open my business at a very young age,” said Clark. “I just kept following my heart and worked hard for very, very many years to get to where I am. I can say that I am pretty proud of how far I’ve come with opening the business and doing it in a pretty quick manner.”
