MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Marquette Branch Prison is currently taking applications for corrections officers, mental health and health care staff, along with other contracting positions.
On Tuesday, at the U.P. Michigan Works! office, staff members from the MBP held walk-in interviews and provided information on the many available positions. Health and retirement benefits are also offered through the list of jobs. “We know it is a very in-demand occupation not just in Marquette, but across the U.P.” said Kara Borghi, the talent services manager at U.P. Michigan Works!.
