MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – It might be difficult to have your fill of Marquettes’ fine dining experiences, just because there’s so much variety to choose from. WZMQ only had $25 left after the visit to the Vierling on Thursday.
For Restaurant Week, Zephyr is serving Pho, a slow-cooked Vietnamese rice noodle soup, and a dessert of rice pudding, which will take the total down to just under $5. “Whether it be traditionally made products whether it’s from proteins or dary, the foods and the cultures and the food-ways that exist in many ways go together,” commented Zephyr Owner Sean Hartwig.
One of Marquette’s hotspots for aerating your 21 and older drinks has been under new ownership for only 5 months. The owner Sean Hartwig, has always had food at the heart of his family meals. “A way to buy blue jeans as a kid grew into a passion and a full-fledged profession,” continued Hartwig.
Hartwig mentioned that it’s a gift to be able to share his experience with food culture in Marquette.
“And the goal is just to be mindful of what you’re doing you want to think what you’re seeing, smelling, and tasting although we don’t taste the guests wine of course”
At the end of the week and with just under $5 remaining, it turns out you can make it through Marquettes’ Restaurant Week with $100 or less, but don’t forget Restaurant Week does continue through Saturday, March 16th.
