MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – A foundation supporting West Marquette County is lending a hand to nonprofits to get the resources they need. Through the West End Health Foundation, the Spring Capital Grant cycle focuses on the equipment and physical needs of non-profit organizations.
The Capital Grants can range from $1,000 to $10,000 with a total gift of around $50,000 to continue the foundation’s mission of advancing health and wellness in Marquette County.
“We’ve supported first responders with Kevlar vests and helmets for their safety we’ve supported AEDs you know these things that when people are developing a program that really is going to impact the health and wellness and they say you know what this is one thing that I need this is the thing that we need,” commented West End Health Foundation Board Member.
The Spring Capital Grant cycle opens on March 1st and closes on April 1st.
