We are previewing the Search of Evening Owls event at the MooseWood Nature Center in Marquette.
This Friday, Jan. 12 at 6:00 p.m., board member and bird lover Scot Stewart will take bird enthusiasts to secret locations where owls have recently been active. Scot will call for the birds, and participants will be able to listen for their replies.
Bird attendees may hear multiple different owls, including the Great Horned, Great Gray, or Barred owls.
Suggested donation for the program is $5 for adults and $10 for families. This program is extremely popular, so you need to pre-register.
