MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Outback Art Fair is returning for its 29th year. This Saturday and Sunday, artists from all over Michigan will be set up in Shiras Park for the fair.
Live music, food vendors, and kids crafts will all be a part of the fun at picnic rocks. With around 90 artists and vendors getting ready to set up in the park, the fairs organizer, Cindy Engle, says she’s excited to see so many friends return for another year.
“So many of these people have been with me for a long time, they’re like family, it’s our art family.” Engle said. “It’s just always exciting to see what’s new, or what they’ve done, or what the new twist is or what the new thing is.”
The fair will take place in Shiras park in Marquette from 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and from 10am until 5pm on Sunday.
