MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – In honor of Spread Goodness Day, a Marquette jewelry store is doing a little treasure hunt around town. Wattson and Wattson Jewelers hid ten gift boxes around Marquette. Employees say they look forward to celebrating this day every year. The red boxes tied with big gold bows have a jewelry surprise inside! When you find one, it even comes with a special message.
Lace J. Hartzell, Manager of Wattson & Wattson, said, “This box is for you on it and we want you to know that it is important that you take it and we just want to spread a little cheer today.”
Wattson And Wattson says the gift boxes can be seen in plain view.
And, while the shop was pretty tight lipped when asked for hints, we did learn, one of those boxes is hidden somewhere on NMU’S Campus!
