QUINNESEC, Mich. (WZMQ) – A Quinnesec man faces multiple felonies after police say he was viewing child pornography online.
Brandon Douglas Lake, 28, is charged with five counts of child sexually abusive activity (aggravated) and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
The Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted an investigation at Lake’s home where digital evidence was taken.
Lake was arraigned in 95th District Court on Tuesday, March 7. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison for the child sexually abusive activity charges and 20 years for the computer crime charges.
