MARQUETTE, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Marquette downtown development authority’s restaurant week continues. On West Washington in downtown Marquette, The 906 Bar & Grill is running a lunch and dinner special all week.
Lindsay LaBerge is a server and bartender at 906, she said the lunch special has been very popular this week.
“This was my first morning working restaurant week,” LaBerge said, “We were absolutely slammed, we had lots of people coming in to take advantage of the good deals today”
For lunch, 906 has any menu item (excluding salads with steak) and a soda for $13.50. At dinner for $31.15 you can get two burgers, a side of fries and either cheese curds and pretzel bites as an appetizer or the cookie skillet for dessert.
“I think it’s important because people can go out and try different things around the community that maybe they couldn’t always afford.” LaBerge said.
Laberge said she thinks restaurant week is great because it brings so many people downtown to dine in. The week is coming to an end, but 906’s restaurant week meal deals are available through Saturday night when you dine in…
