HARVEY, Mich. (WZMQ) – Back again this month, the Marquette Chapter of North Country Trail Association is having a snowshoe hike this weekend. The hikes are held on the first Sunday of each month and free to anyone in the community to come and learn more about the local trails.
Nancy Kreft said, “We have this fabulous asset going, through town and around town. Its places where you can explore and get into the beauty of nature, and for me it’s very healing and just so enjoyable.”
The hike is set for this Sunday at 11:30 a.m. in Harvey. There are only 20 spots available, and those interested are asked to RSVP. Additional hike details will be provided when you RSVP.
