A cruise ship from American Queen Voyages was docked at Marquette’s Mattson Lower Harbor Park on Thursday as part of a 16-day tour of the Great Lakes.
The Ocean Navigator is based in Chicago where it will return at the end of its tour of three Great Lakes.
The ship has five levels that include multiple restaurants, a gym, spa treatments and a medical facility.
More than 280 people can be on the cruise at one time. 84 of those are employees.
The tour continues Friday when the ship docks in Houghton on the way to stops in Duluth, Minnesota, and Thunder Bay, Ontario.
The Ocean Navigator is scheduled to make another appearance in the Michigan Upper Peninsula in a few weeks on another 16-day excursion.
Fares for that cruise start around $7,300.
