The Spring Swing Softball Invitational returns to Northern Michigan University’s Superior Dome this weekend after a two-year absence.
Two dozen high school softball teams will be competing in the three-day invitational, which started Friday afternoon.
The Superior Dome’s field is divided into two softball diamonds which host games simultaneously.
Saturday features 16 games starting at 9 a.m. with the final games of the day starting at 7:30 p.m.
There will be 14 games Sunday with first pitch at 8 a.m. and the final games starting at 5 p.m.
Northern Michigan University’s club softball team will play Lake Superior State in a double-header Sunday with games scheduled at 2 and 3:30 p.m.
Tickets cost $10 for one day and $15 for a weekend pass. Admission is free for guests 12 and under.
