Marquette historian Jim Koski will host his first official walking tour of the summer on Wednesday, June 19.
“Walk on the Wild Side: The Very Historical (Yet Occasionally Sketchy) History of Founder’s Landing” will take guests on an approximately 3/4-mile walk, recounting the interesting, and sometimes wild, tales of Marquette’s beginnings. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes!
Jim shares a preview of what guests can expect.
Those interested should meet at the Marquette Regional History Center at 6:30 p.m. A $5 donation going toward the history center is encouraged.
