For the rest of today, expect a few scattered showers with possibly some embedded thunderstorms. Some storms may produce heavy rainfall and gusty winds, however severe weather is not expected. The low pressure system spinning overhead finally moves out of our region tonight, with sunny skies greeting most tomorrow morning. Temperatures hover around 80 degrees into this weekend, with the humidity building once again. A stray shower will be possible Friday, but a greater threat for storms and possibly severe weather will be in store for the latter half of Saturday. Sunday looks to remain dry, and seasonable temperatures will be in store for the beginning of next week.
