Cooler air has settled into the region with temperatures expected to remain near freezing these next few days. Snow showers develop late tonight and will tally to a few inches for the higher elevations. The pattern remains cloudy with flurries through the weekend. Some sunshine will be possible next week however a series of weak storm systems may bring some more snow, especially late in the week. Temperatures next week start near freezing for highs but fall down into the twenties by next weekend.
