Lake effect showers continue tonight, mostly over central portions of the Upper Peninsula. The lake effect engine finally shuts down tomorrow with clearing expected for Wednesday. Temperatures look to rise as the northerly wind that’s responsible for the clouds and rain decreases. After tomorrow, no rain is in the forecast for the next 7 days; so enjoy the sunshine!
