Today will feel more like a mid summer day rather than fall which officially arrives this week. A mix of clouds and sun with a few showers will be the case for the majority of today, a strong line of storms is expected to move through later this afternoon and evening. These storms may produce hail and damaging wind gusts, so be sure to take cover in a sturdy shelter when necessary. More showers arrive for Sunday followed by a brief respite for Monday. Showers and storms return Tuesday through Thursday next week with temperatures rising once again towards 80 degrees. Cooler temperatures finally make a return late week and there could be some nicer weather heading our way by then. Stay dry and stay safe!
