After a night of heavy rainfall that triggered some flash flood warnings across the region, more rain will be possible today and tomorrow. These storms are not expected to be severe and once again the main threat will be heavy rainfall and frequent lightning. Be sure to pack the umbrella if heading to the U.P. State Fair tonight and tomorrow, but skies look to clear for the fair’s culmination on Sunday. Early next week, sunshine is expected with temperatures in the lower 70s. Rain chances may return midweek but its a bit too early to have solid idea of what to expect. Enjoy the last days of the U.P. State Fair in Escanaba!
