IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a possible drowning.
On Tuesday, deputies were called to the Menominee River near the Twin Falls Hydroelectric Dam where they found an unresponsive woman in the water. The unnamed 38-year-old, a resident of Iron Mountain, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death is currently under investigation.
