The suspect involved in a premeditated homicide was being arranged today in Houghton. In the Houghton County 97th District Court this morning, 59-year-old Evan Dixon was arraigned for the fatal shooting of 53-year-old Theron Duncan. Evan Dixon pleaded guilty to 1 felony charge of premeditated homicide, and two weapon counts. Dixon was also denied bond.
