The American Culinary Federation’s Culinarian of the Year Dinner will be Sunday, Dec. 3 at the Northern Center on Northern Michigan University’s campus.
The five-course meal also includes a separate five-course vegan/gluten-free option. There will also be wine pairings and non-alcoholic options for each course. Along with dinner, the ACF will announce the next Culinarian of the Year.
