A passenger was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Delta County on Wednesday, according to the sheriff’s office.
The vehicle was heading eastbound on County Road 420 when it lost control, left the road and hit a utility pole near O Lane, deputies said.
A passenger in the vehicle died from his injuries. The driver was treated and released.
The accident remains under investigation.
